Thursday July 2–Our first fun family evening out we sampled the most fabulous drink with Hangar 1 mandarin blossom vodka, choya umeshu (plum wine), fresh berries , champagne served over ice with a flayed twist in a stem glass. Absolute perfection!!! Dinner at French spot Brexie-Brasserie...

We are done with most of the framing! Onto the plumbing and electrical!

Sorry it has taken so long to update our photos. It took a long time for demo to be complete but we are on our way. These photos are of the foundation framing.

Sorry I haven't updated in a while but we haven't had much to report. We had to redraw a part of the plans as the city wouldn't approve without change.(It was the side of the house) We have resubmitted the plans for review and will hopefully have a green light to go ahead with the foundation.

It's done! Demo is complete.
We are waiting on our permits and then the building begins!

Went by on the lunch hour and they have already take two full dumpsters away!

THE HOUSE IS DOWN!!!!
In about an hour the entire house came down. Here are some photos from the demo late Tues afternoon. It was so cool... a giant Tonka truck in action.

It's Monday and we are scheduled to begin demo tomorrow. (We are just waiting on the demo company as they have been swamped.) Hopefully I will have new pictures to post tomorrow!!!

We haven't started yet but we should be getting under way this week. The demo permit isn't here yet so we are just waiting! I'll update as soon as we have some news!
